How bloody good does this look? Great eh? Shame it's what the recipe looked like on Taste and not how mine looked LOL. Still tasted great though.
Anyway I had my brother and his other half over for dinner tonight. We always say we have to catch up more often, but we never seem to do. Between his work, my work, his committments, and my kids finding time just to relax and chat is hard. I really need to work on my time management as dinner was great as was the company.
