I took the kids to the beach today and in typical parent fashion I covered them with sunscreen a few times and myself only once.
I didn't really do my back properly and should have got one of the kids to do it for me - but you live and learn unfortunately.
Please excuse the feral expression but that's how sunburn makes me feel
