Look what I found

I was making the most of coffee and donuts with a friend thinking all three kids where watching a dvd in my bedroom only to discover that one child was missing. I knew she was in the house somewhere but I was just a tad alarmed that she was silent.

Then I found this:

To say I was shocked was an understatement. She has never ever put herself to bed before. She slept for two hours as well. Bargain.

Ok, maybe it does get cuter

Like when the three of them want to sit on the same side of the table so that they can all be sitting next to each other.

This is what I wake up to every morning

It doesn't get cuter than two brothers quietly watching tv in bed together.

I'm in lurrrrve

With a block of land that is. I want it. I dream about it. I picture a gorgeous house on it. Look at the view (excuse the dodgy phone pics though). Why wouldn't I want it?


The first pic is looking directly across the road at parkland. There is a landscaped swampy area with walking tracks, a kids playground and bbq area. The second pic is looking down the street at the big lake across the road. Damn I want this block.

Out of the mouth of babes

Jack comes home and proudly announces to us tonight that today was his turn for show and tell at school. Since he didn't know beforehand, he didn't take anything with him so he decided to tell them a story about his home life (this is where you know it's going to go down hill).

" My mum and my dad where calling me a dufus because they think I am but I'm not. Any questions? Ok thanks."

To which his teacher replied "Jack I don't think you're a dufus. I think you're very smart".

Oh God. Ground open me up and swallow me right now.
