Finally Brian gets his dream garden

After years of begging, pleading and annoying I finally relented and told Brian he could do what ever he wanted with his garden. Well almost - I stipulated that there had to be at least some grass for the kids and room for their trampoline and sandpit.

Here is his result so far:

Not exactly what I would call my ideal garden, but it's drought tolerant and I guess that's all that really matters right now.

So for his finishing touches he still needs to line his paths with river rocks and put in some ground cover type plants.

I'll be grateful when it's finished.
